Welcome to VECTR Property Management ("VECTR", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About VECTR

VECTR Property Management provides technology-enabled property management services for residential and commercial property owners. Our services may include property onboarding, tenant management, rent tracking, maintenance coordination, inspections, documentation support, and related services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Have the legal authority to register and manage the property.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify VECTR immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Update your information whenever it changes.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Property Information

Property owners are responsible for ensuring that all property information submitted to VECTR is accurate and up to date, including:

  • Ownership details
  • Property address
  • Rental information
  • Tenant information
  • Supporting documents

VECTR is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.

5. Tenant Management

Where applicable, VECTR may assist with:

  • Tenant sourcing
  • Tenant screening
  • Rental agreement coordination
  • Tenant communication
  • Lease renewal coordination
  • Move-in and move-out support

Final approval of tenant selection remains the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Rent Management

Depending on the selected service plan:

  • VECTR may provide rent tracking, reminders, and reporting.
  • Rent may be paid directly to the owner's designated bank account or payment method.
  • VECTR does not guarantee timely payment of rent by tenants.

Property owners remain responsible for their financial records and tax obligations.

7. Maintenance Coordination

VECTR facilitates maintenance requests and coordination with vendors. The owner is responsible for all third-party costs, repairs, and materials unless otherwise stated in their active subscription plan.
