Our Story
VECTR was born out of a common frustration shared by many property owners: the lack of transparency and professionalism in property management. Whether it was NRIs struggling to monitor their vacant properties or local investors dealing with tenant hassles, the need for a reliable partner was evident.
Founded in Bangalore, we started with a mission to bridge this gap. We combined deep real estate expertise with modern technology to create a platform where property owners could stay informed and in control, no matter where they are in the world.
Today, VECTR manages over 500 properties across Karnataka, serving a diverse clientele of individual owners, investors, and NRIs.
